Thank you for two great years of awards!
6th-Apr-2012 05:11 am - Hello roleplayers!
♔ Morgana ⇒ To kill a king
My, it has been quite a long time (three years, to be specific!). I'm not sure if any of the journals who still follow this community are still active... but only one way to find out.

Recently I have been thinking about the Arpea Awards and the possibility of hosting another. I don't do much RPing anymore, but I know it is still quite active on Livejournal and I still appreciate roleplayers all the same. So, my question to you all:

Do you want another Arpea Awards?

Pass this link around to all your RP buddies; the more feedback, the better! If there is no interest, then I'll close the community for good rather than leave it inactive.

17th-Dec-2009 07:08 pm - 2009 Awards: Feedback Post.
☾ Jon
Now that it's been a few weeks since the award ceremony, it's time for feedback once again.

Whether the Arpea Awards were new for you this year or you also participated last year, I'd love to know what you thought about the awards. Did you like the assortment of categories? Suggestions on more categories? Too much time in between the nominating and voting? Not enough?

Comments are screened, so don't be scared to speak. Even if it is something negative, I, as the Mod, would still very much like to hear it in case any future awards can be improved from it!

Thank you.

Happy Holidays! :).
28th-Nov-2009 12:56 am - 2009 Voting has finished.
☾ Jon
Voting is now closed! The polls have been disabled, and thanks to live chart results, it's already clear who the top winners are.

There will not be banners after all, so the award ceremony should be up very soon. To scale down on the amount of scrolling, I'll be splitting the awards into several different posts.

I leave you with a few statistics:

The category that received the most amount of votes (75, in fact) was Choice Male Canon Character, while Choice Canon Couple received the least amount at only 43.
20th-Nov-2009 08:19 pm - One week remaining.
☾ Jon
There is now one week left to vote.

If you have not chosen your picks yet, please do! There are currently several ties, so you could very well decide the ultimate award recipients!

Sections 1 and 3
Section 2

Good luck.

Now that voting is well underway, I have a question for those who answered "Yes" or "Maybe" in the August poll, specifically pertaining to the question of assistance in making award banners. The scale is simply too large for me to complete on my own, but with one or two people, we could offer banners to all those recognized this year :).

In the case that you changed your mind since August, here is an extremely quick poll to fill out if you'd like to help me out with this (I'll be in touch closer to the end of voting):

Poll #1485052 Banner Makers

If you are willing to assist me in making banners, write your e-mail address below:

Any help is amazing and appreciated. Thank you ♥.
